RESERVATIONS
By booking with FREE SPIRIT LLC (referred to in these conditions as “we”or “us”or “the company”), you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION(S) AND PAYMENT(S)
Once you have agreed on the quoted price for the itinerary and paid via Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover we will confirm itinerary and invoice details by emailing you the invoice with payment and itinerary details.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING(S)
In case you need to make any changes to your booking(s), please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone and we will try to accommodate your needs at no extra charge, although this is not guaranteed. If the requested changes are not possible you can either maintain your original reservation or cancel your original booking and pay the cancellation fee (if applicable) shown below

Private tours: over 15 days in advance: full refund 4 to 14 days in advance: 30% of total tour price as cancellation fee less than 3 days in advance: 100% of total tour price as cancellation fee Shared tours: over 15 days in advance: full refund 4 to 14 days in advance : 30% of total tour price as cancellation fee less than 3 days in advance: 100% of total tour price as cancellation fee Private day trip/activity over 15 days in advance: full refund 4 to 14 days in advance: 30% of day trip/activity as cancellation fee less than 3 days in advance: 100% of day trip/activity as cancellation fee Shared day trip/activity: over 15 days in advance: full refund 4 to 14 days in advance: 30% of day trip/activity price as cancellation fee less than 3 days in advance: 100% of day trip/activity price as cancellation fee
COMPANY CANCELLATION DUE TO UNFORESEEN EVENTS
The company might decide to cancel scheduled tours and/or activities due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, nuclear disasters, war or threat of war, riots, terrorism, fire, adverse weather conditions, outbreak of life threatening epidemic events. If one or more of these events unexpectedly occur we will refund any sum paid by you to us, but we will not be liable to pay any other compensations to you.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
For any special request you might have while touring with us, such as medical, dietary, senior mobility, handicapped mobility, infants mobility and safety, please contact us before booking. For your special needs we need to make sure our company has availability of proper equipment as well as our suppliers to ensure a safe trip/tour.
INSURANCE
We do not provide any travel insurance which might cover medical emergencies and/or events nor luggage insurance. It is your responsibility - if you wish - to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
PERSONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
It is your responsibility to make sure your travel documents and visas are current and valid prior of entering the country.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in place. Private and confidential information you provided to us during the booking procedures will not be shared with non pertinent parties. The informations collected will be used to make reservations with hotels and any other third parties to arrange your travel needs. In making a reservation with us you consent to share personal and confidential information to pertinent third parties.
